Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to make some modifications to our event. Unfortunately the Fort Greenwood venue is no longer available. Our priority is to gather our friends and family and share some great music. With this in mind:
  • The event will now take place at the Greenwood Campground
  • Our music will be provided by all the terrifically talented people attending
  • Unfortunately Swamp Honey will not be performing this year 
  • There will be no donation request for the event, it will be free to attend (other than paying for your accommodations)

Accommodation

  • @ Greenwood City Campground - $10 per night
  • Several Motels nearby - pick what suites you and join in the fun

Food/ Beverages

  • Angus & Dale will provide BBQ burgers for everyone
  • If you are able, please bring a salad or side dish to share
  • ​BYO Beverages
  • Bring your own snacks

 Other details

  • Bring your own chairs 
  • Dress up in your best Wild West costumes if you like
  • Dress for changing weather and cooler nights

Scheduled events

Friday Sept 13th - Early bird arrival
  • Early arrivals any time after 4 pm
  • We will be relaxing at the Greenwood City Camp enjoying some pre-festival cocktails and conversation. This is an informal gathering to connect with everyone. Join us if you wish
Saturday Sept 14th - BBQ & Musical Entertainment
    BBQ
  • We will announce when it is ready to go (see above for what to bring)
   Musical Entertainment
  • 4 pm - a casual meet & greet and warm up performances
  • 6 pm to 10 pm - Performances by our talented family & friends and our traditional OPEN MIC for anyone who wishes to play
  • 10 pm (at the latest) - CLOSING TIME to respect the other campers
Saturday Sept 14th - AFTER PARTY
  • Whenever we are ready to go until the wee hours @ The Shaft Pub in Greenwood (walking distance). We will descend on the pub instruments in hand and have a good old fashioned jam session! The locals can't wait!
Sunday - Sept 15th - THE MORNING AFTER PARTY
  • 10 am (approximately) join us for breakfast @ The Copper Eagle, spontaneous jams have been known to break out there as well!
