Reservation sequence
The following will provide an explanation of the reservation sequence which starts with the hosts closest circle and expands out to more a more public offer. This has been set up to assure that hosts guests get the first option to fill the seats at the concerts
PHASE 1

Hosts Pre-Release Reservations:
As a personal guest of the host you receive the first reservation opportunity, this is a short term offer that lasts for the first 72 hrs. The clock starts ticking as soon as the host sends out the invites, as seating is limited it is always best to reserve as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. The page is hidden and the link you receive will expire at end of phase. |

PHASE 2

HEART in the HOUSE VIP Reservations:
If there are any seats still available they are offered to our VIP list. This list consists of anyone who has attended a previous concert AND individuals who have signed up to be on the mailing list. These folks watch for the opportunity to attend these intimate events and seats don't last long. The page is hidden and the link you receive will expire at end of phase. |

OPEN Reservations:
If any seats still remain, we open up to a wider audience. This includes social media circles and personal contact circles. Public announcements are only done based on the comfort level of the host and are generally reserved for public venues or homes with public access, such as Bed & Breakfasts etc. The reservation page will be visible on the website. |

Waiting List:
If at any time during the process we reach the capacity we have set for the concert we will cut off the reserved spots and place you on the waiting list. If any cancellations occur we will contact you right away to let you know. Some times the cancellations are last minute and we will contact you via text to let you know that a seat has become available. The reservation page will be visible on the website. |
